The Conference will be held at Alisa Hotel, North Ridge , located within the heart of Accra and within five minutes’ drive from the Parliament of Ghana.

The official departure date for all delegates is Saturday, 16th August, 2025.
The Parliament of Ghana will provide transportation services and other courtesies to delegates only during the Conference. There will be shuttle services for airport pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as from the designated hotels to official meetings and social events
The designated hotels are within twenty minutes’ drive from the airport and within five minutes’ drive to the Conference venue. The hotels also provide shuttle services from and to the airport for their guests.
Delegates and participants are, therefore, being advised to submit their travel itineraries to the Parliament of Ghana by Friday, 1st August, 2025, to enable the Host Parliament extend appropriate courtesies and protocol services to the delegations at the Airport.

All delegates attending the Conference must have passports valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry. Holders of African passports do not require a visa to enter Ghana.
Delegates who may require entry visas should apply to the Ghana High Commissions or Consulates accredited to their respective countries.
Registration will commence on Friday, 2nd May, 2025 via the following link: CHEA/AR and end on Friday, 30th May, 2025.
Once registration is completed, a notification email of successful registration would be sent to the participant.
Participants are required to attach a recent passport-sized photograph in .jpeg format as part of the online registration process.
Kindly note that the Parliament of Ghana will only use information submitted by the deadline of registration for accreditation and courtesy purposes.
A registration desk will be set up at the Conference venue on Monday, 11th August, 2025, and will operate throughout the duration of the Conference.
Accreditation badges and other conference items will be issued to participants at the Conference venue upon presentation of a valid passport. Participants will be required to wear their badges throughout the duration of the Conference.
All other relevant documents will be made available to participants before the scheduled meetings
Delegates are required to pay an approved conference fee of Four Hundred United States Dollars (US$400). Fees for delegates must be paid via bank transfer no later than 30th May, 2025 or by cash upon arrival.

The Parliament of Ghana will provide security for all delegates and participants for the duration of the Conference. Delegates are required to wear their accreditation badges at all meetings and social functions.
Participants may, in addition to their accreditation badges, have their passports readily available for purposes of identification.
The dress code for all meetings and dinners is formal/traditional.
It is recommended that before attending the Conference, participants obtain appropriate health and travel insurance. A medical team will be at the venue for emergencies. Bring necessary prescriptions and documents.
Accra experiences little variation in temperature. August averages 27°C (85°F). Expect highs of 32°C (89°F) and lows of 23°C (74°F). Summer clothing is recommended.

The official language of Ghana is English.
Ghana uses the British Type G three-pin power plug, 240V/50Hz.

Reservations can be made via the link or website address provided by each hotel. Reservations are to be made before Wednesday, 30th July 2025. Delegates may not benefit from the discounted rates if reservations are not made by the deadline. Delegates are advised to use the special booking links and booking codes to benefit from the CHEA-AR discounted rates offered by the hotels.
